We recommend a professional cleaning and maintenance check once a year. Care & Cleaning includes a deep steam, in-depth stone and setting check plus polish, along with any other adjustments from normal wear and tear. For cuffs, necklaces and bracelets, this may include straightening and tightening any clasps, or untangling chains. Earrings may need ear wires re-shaped or straightened. It's like boot camp for your Tura jewels. 

This order will cover most insured domestic shipping, both ways. We use FedEx 2-Day, Signature required, to ship most packages. When you place an order for Care & Cleaning, we will send you a prepaid FedEx label and shipping instructions. 

If any stones need to be replaced, or extensive work needs to be done, we'll present you with an estimate for the additional work after an initial inspection.  Sizings and alterations can also be done at this time.
